A B O U T 

Lucy Chapman is an interdisciplinary artist, teacher and Dyslexia Specialist. She creates artworks and installations that combine art and science.​ Her artistic practice draws on scientific research, with particular focus on climate, neuroscience and models of illness. She is interested in the tension between scientific objectivity and subjective lived experience.​

Lucy works across several mediums including printmaking, sculpture, bookbinding, photography and cyanotype.​ She completed her MA in Art and Science from Central Saint Martins in 2023. Her work is held by major collections including the Wellcome Collection.​
